I've used the Oslo pass on 2 separate…

I've used the Oslo pass on 2 separate trips. During my first trip I had a 24hr pass. The app was having problems that day and I couldn't validate/ start my pass when I arrived into Oslo central. I went to the Oslo visitor centre which was outside the main station. I got a ticket number and lined up. The lovely lady at the desk told me she is very sorry that the app is currently down today and many people are having problems. So in turn she told me step by step how to cancel my pass to get a refund. Then she offered me the paper pass and I had to pay there and then for the paper pass. On the same day I also received my full refund for the digital app purchase. All was good. I love the pass so much, you can jump on transport and goto so many tourist attractions. Plus some restaurants give you a discount if you have the pass. The next time I went to Oslo I bought the 48hr digital app pass and this time it was working fine, activated it when I got into central and went to see the attractions that I missed out last time like the Norsk Folkemuseum and Kon-Tiki Museum!! Jumped on and off trams around the city and had so much fun. It's just that easy and simple, just show a member of staff phone with the pass app open on your screen and they will scan and process a ticket that marks 0 value. Very convenient and high tech. Oslo is one of my favourite cities and I would love to come back in the future again.
