they are the worst people i have ever met

they are the worst people i have ever seen , applied for family visas , so number of issues, they charged more than double the amount and when i cancelled they immediately said we have 40% cancellation charges, there is no cancellation terms and conditions. They did not give me visa even after 18 days gone, and then they sent me only partial VISAs . i would not suggest any one to use this website.

Waiting 9 hours in Saudi Immigration border crossing.

I had travel so many place but this is my worst experience I ever seen in Saudi border Immigration they took for check in 9 hours waiting almost.

I was traveling for performing umrah on Ramadan 8th April 2024 from DOHA.

4 counter was only working at the time. And I saw so many times the Immigration officers going outside for Smoke Segrate, take Snacks. and working 30 minutes and taking break 30 minutes.

I never ever travel again by the road to Saudi Arabia I can say the worst Immigration I had in Saudi border crossing.

We are paying them for travel and they are working for us. But they doesn't care anything (Its look like why you people coming here).

The most shocking thing I had seen. There is no any supervisor to talk for make us quickly process.

My total journey its took 32 hours to reached Makkah form DOHA on 8th April 2024.

What CAN I SAY!!

What CAN I SAY!!. One of the most wealthiest countries. With abundance of money and very poor Service. And they have put up a website that half works. And No-One in their world seems to care. You would expect, Considering the money and wealth... that they would have the website that is top-notch. But that is not the case. It is built by armatures, maintained by sheep's and is an embarrassment to the country and its people.

So, if the website doesn't work.. good luck trying to get hold of someone who wants to help you.

Now. You go to the embassy. although - and that is the truth. Staff there may provide some help. Its not clear cut.

The Saudi ministry clearly has issues. Its run by morons, whom clearly should not be in those positions. They make changes and this does not feed down or get updated to their staff. If the staff don't no, how will you? They don't update their poor country's website with these information either and there is little to no useful information on the website.

The worst part of it all.. The kingdoms family members all come to UK or US to study. They see and understand our cultures and our way of life, technology and how the world works. Yet these very people go back and get prominent government and management positions handed down to them. Whether these people are fit for those roles or not. Clearly education is not everything.

If you are lucky enough, you may get a someone to help you.. they will talk to you as though you have done something wrong to them for asking them anything.

Now the cherry on top:

When you land after the Windrush of the visa issues and support cases. You make your self believe your done... Well NOPE. You line up to get through the passport check. Now if you are white.. Its great. And it means you will have smooth sailing. You see, The Arabs love anything white. So your good in that department.

But, if you are any other colour.. God help you.
They will treat you like animals of the Nazi Concentration Camps.

I travel often enough to have vast experience. And every time I go, Its the same case and the same issues and the same mentality of the people. If there wasn't a need to visit Saudi. I wouldn't even poo there. This is the level of resentment I have.

Now, you can argue that one person / incident doesn't portray the whole nation. But what if its more then 1 person?

We in the west have very clear expectations of certain things when it comes to the level of services. And Saudi's Do not even comprehend this in any form.

I am very disappointed with this nation. They ARE the leaders of the Muslim community and are very very far behind with everything.

They might have the money.. But not the education. (And I mean that when it comes to their society). The very few that do have education due to money and come here to study, Don't want to educate their own subjects. Because if these people get some brains. then their kingdom will be no longer.

So Ranting Over, I hope this helps as I am giving you heads-up.

AVOID THE WEBSITE / prefer the land borders solution

Tried to get an evisa, rejection without any explicit reason. Even the support team could not give any reason, no money taken instantly... I entered the kingdom and took my visa from borders easily. But after 48h they took all the money from my bank and do not want to refund, they just send you to the local embassy. I also had issues with the same webste one year before, the evisa was ok, but the insurance details were not given and i get rejected by the airlines desk. These people are just living their best life while stealing your money and your projects without caring.

I got scammed by around 700€

Be very very careful and DONT buy any visa from that site. The site tricks you into giving your credit card information more than once by saying „oops something went wrong try again later“ then when you try again later they will book money from your credit card over and over again. AVOID THOSE SCAMMERS at any costs! Find a website which is trustworthy from an official visa station.
