The posters and table runner were great. Fairly quick delivery. It took a bit of time to get your head round the editing process but it worked well. Very pleased overall.

My photo coasters turned out amazing apart from one. I contacted Vista Print and the customer service from them has been incredible, they will reprint and send to me. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered an A2 poster for my son’s birthday. The item came flat packed not rolled which was great.
I have to say the packaging was brilliant and to top it all the poster was top notch too

I had replesed an order for a bannars and I realised after in the evening that Qr code doesn't work so I messaged Vista and they call me back. As I thought may be to late, my banner where in production already. MAHA where so helpful offer me another one in progress with a link and she would create new QRcode for Instagram. I have had a terrible experience with customer service.
After spending £148 on posters and when they arrived they where awful!
I sent the images to vista and they agreed they were terrible and said i would get a full refunded!
It never Happened they never sent the refund! And the emails are all lies!!

This was my third order from VistaPrint, and I am extremely disappointed with the service this time. My previous orders arrived within two weeks, but this order was delayed far longer than expected. I placed the order on June 29th and did not receive it until July 20th. Throughout this delay, neither VistaPrint nor DPD provided any explanation or solution. Instead, both companies seemed to simply pass the blame to each other, leaving me frustrated and ignored. Frankly, as a customer, I do not care which delivery company VistaPrint chooses—my expectation is timely delivery and accountability. To make matters worse, the canvas print arrived with damaged packaging covered in DPD tape, further showing the lack of care and responsibility from both companies. This experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning whether I will order again.

I instantly started to use the instant chat via the contact us section on their website. I was put in touch with Melanie, who instantly rectified my issue and has reordered them correctly for us. Great for business cards
I have used VistaPrint occasionally for many years and always found the service and products of good quality and value/
This time I needed double-sided business cards as a town and county councilor, and once again VistaPrint gave the best deal and fast delivery.
They are great for small print runs that would not be accepted by a local printer.

Excellent quality and service
I got onto my account, and I was able to get into a previous order of magnetic signs for my car, and change the size and the design easily. I also ordered some more gift vouchers with envelopes, again I was able to edit them.
Looks professional, and of high standard materials. Also arrived within about a week.
