Good service
I've ordered a few times business cards from vista print, but this time I ordered post cards recto-verso. The recto was a photo of Collioure I had on my PC and the verso was a brief history of it. I'm very happy with the result and quality although I chose the basic option.
Fast delivery and reasonable price.

No customer service!
I ordered a roll-up well in advance for an event.
Two days after the day where the order should have arrived I received an email stating that the order was delayed with no further information.
When you follow the link, there’s absolutely no information about what is going on and when the order shall arrive.
There’s no way you can contact any sort of Help-desk.
I suggest you keep away from such a poor service.
Update: things get worse! Following the message on trustpilot, i received a standard answer! This proves there is no customer service, only automated answering machines.
I have to downgrade my rating from 2 stars to just one.
