No Support At All.
Update, not good. Vistaprint commented that they would email me, they did not send an email. They sent a discount “refund” of 35€ And placed a credit on my account. This does not address the products that are today still in the shipping company possession for the 4th week. The shipper will not update me for the date of delivery for this replacement order.
Client support has been combative and refused to simply contact the shipper who was refusing to deliver my items and has called me “sir” a thousand times even after being corrected to me being a woman. The parcel carrier tells me to “call the sender”, vistaprint, if I need support. Vistaprint team tells me to “call the USA office” if I want support. The USA team tells me “call the France team because there is nothing we can do”, and the French team refuses to communicate with the shipping company at all. Instead they created a entirely new order and shipped it thru the same company. I told vistaprint “the only reason the shipper did not deliver the item is that it was damaged or lost.” I was right. Out of 12 shirts in this order, a mostly destroyed and ripped open box with only 9 shirts was delivered after making me come to work every day for 8 business days at 8am, 3 hours before the opening hours of the business. This added 24 hours to my work week and put me in trouble with the business owner. Being disrespectful to my national origin, calling me a “man” again and again, making me fight for my own products, then re-using the same garbage shipping company is a choice to treat this order as trash. I’m vastly disappointed in France vistaprint after using your services for nearly 10 years in Canada, I may never use it again.
