Excellent customer service and quick solutionch
I ordered a booklet which, according to the tracking link, never reached the carrier. I contacted customer service via chat and was assisted by a very friendly representative who quickly refunded the shipping cost and created a new order. Just a few days later I received the booklets in the mail. Whether the problem was with the carrier or the tracking itself I don’t know, but the important thing is that everything was resolved fast and smoothly. I’m very happy with both the product and the way Vistaprint handled the situation.
