Extremely good service

I had an issue with the final result of my birthday invitations, so i contacted Vistaprint to see if anything could be done to fix it. They responded immediately and offered to correct the issue and send me a new batch, free of charge! This is by far the best experience i've ever had with costumer service!

Best service of the year!

I had a problem with the end result of my order (buisnesscards) but I couldn’t be more satisfied - they helped me correct it and delivered new cards free of charge, that’s what I call service! 🙌👌✌️

Does not arrive on time!

Product did not arrive on time even though the Express order option was taken. They deliver with FedEx who also has terrible service and delivery options in Sweden.
Buy somewhere else instead..

Update:
VistaPrint replied and provided a satisfactory solution. Therefore I changed from one star to three.

Still My Go-To for Quality and Value

I have been a customer of VistaPrint for many years. While I feel the service was even better at the beginning, they still offer top-quality products. I mostly purchase calendars, but I have also enjoyed using their website to create various other items. I am happy to recommend them and will definitely continue ordering in the future as there is really nothing quite like them despite the competition. In terms of value for money, they remain the best option I have found, including the Swedish branch.

The print menu quality is good as…

The print menu quality is good as always but the delivery with UPS is not good enough. We have to pick our big package up at an access point. It was not delivered to our adress. It was misunderstanding so we waited for a package a whole day.

Hi Vista print, we choose standard delivery , I can just say how disapointet we are we have still not got this 2 shirts !

Hasn´t moved from Ljungy 80km från us in many days is it lost? Fedex sucks in Sweden UPS is a winner, we have never got problems with you totger with UPS

The drawing of the microphone on the…

The drawing of the microphone on the front of the shirt was to grey. I would have prefered it blacker.

Quick delivery in okay quality

Quick delivery in okay quality.
The postcards are fine but I expected sharper printing and clearer printed text.
As for my big A3 cardboard signs, one of them was badly cut and an edge was left ugly.

Good print

Good print, big print was great, but bit messy with online editer, but still good, order with smaller print was better last time this time got smaller then expected,but still good quality would 100% recommend and come back with later projects and price is still good for big orders.

DO NOT USE!

Awful service!

Paid for express delivery, which should have been delivered on the 14th, called on the 15th and they stated it was in production. Left us with an event with no information. I will never use this company again!!!!

Amazing!

Not recommend

If you are planning a fair, never rely on VistaPrint’s delivery times. They promised to deliver my materials in Stockholm within 8 days, but they arrived incomplete, leaving an empty spot at my stand. I do not recommend them.
13/10 update
Unfortunately, VistaPrint’s customer service did not reply to my email within the promised 24 hours, and the online chat feels like talking to an AI bot that just copies and pastes standard answers. I tried to explain that my two roll-up orders were connected and needed to be used together, but they didn’t care and only offered a refund for the missing part. In the end, using VistaPrint cost me a lot, and I’m very disappointed.
