I am contacting you because my order is marked as delivered, but I have not received it at any time.
On the indicated day, I was at home and no delivery was made. I have also not been provided with any clear information about where the package was left or who it was delivered to, so there is no valid evidence of the supposed delivery.
I would like to emphasize that I need this product and my intention is to continue purchasing it frequently, so it is important for me to receive it as soon as possible.
Therefore, I kindly request that you urgently review what happened with the courier and proceed with sending me a replacement order as soon as possible. If this is not possible, then I would require a refund.

The websites has issues with shipping address and bill address. After I placed my order, I get an order confirmation with my “Bill address” which should be deliver address. I’d emailed the company but nobody respond and no one takes responsibility for this, either.
