Something definitely wrong with…

Something definitely wrong with website. . first flag on web address after search it says "not secure". Next when I wen to search for product, it says Internal Server error and to contact web administrator and gives no indication how to do that. Why doesnt Google do smthg abt these bad web sites?

What a shame...

It is a massive shame as this company has clearly gone out of business and not informed any of its customers (or updated the website), leaving many people confused and frustrated. Adding to the frustration is that website navigation is terrible and you cannot access your account unless you happen to have a saved link (the website name /my-account).

For the one month this did work I found the product to be useful and helpful and all it means it that I have taken the offer and service of a competitor. I imagine I have been one of the fortunate people to have only paid for goods I received and hope that anyone who has paid for goods not received are able to reclaim their money.

DO NOT ORDER!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! POTENTIAL SCAM! I placed an order to receive a free trial before I took out a subscription. It has been well over two weeks now and the free trial is still showing up as processing and I have no updates as to when my order will be delivered. I have now let the first months order go through but this has also not arrived and I have been charged for a product I haven't received, and I have not had the free trial.

I have now sent 5 seperate emails to different addresses on the website- directly through the contact Us page, hello@vitaminbuddy and another which I found in the terms and conditions (with an obvious typo of a space in the middle of enail address)

They have all bounced back as the email addresses are ALL INVALID. There is no other way to contact them at all. The website appears professional at first but the 'my account' section is only accessible from your registration email link not through the website which makes it even more difficult. I now do not believe this is a legitimate vitamjn company.

I have tried to cancel my subscription but this is also showing as 'processing' I am going to have to ask my bank to block any payments.

This has been very stressful and disappointing please look elsewhere for vitamin subscription!

Scam

Scam. “ free 1 week trial, all you have to pay is postage and then cancel anytime”-NOT. They WILL charge 1 months subscription even if you cancel. I cancelled on their dashboard and it keeps saying “ cancellation pending”. I emailed them 3 times, contacted them on socials media as well with no reply. Got an email today notifying me of the £35 subscription charge!! Rang my bank to block them. It’s not a free trial if you can’t “trial” the product first and make up your mind after, wether you would like to continue or not! It’s simply a week for £5 and then one month subscription. Very wrongly advertised. It’s a shame as I would’ve maybe decided to continue after my “ free trial” but forcing me into it without my permission is just wrong. Avoid!

Dodgy.

Dodgy.
At first glance the website looks very professional, convincing information provided, and they say all the right things such as "complete control over your subscription" except...
That is not the case, you have no control what so ever. The my account dashboard where you control the subscription is hidden from their main site page, to prevent you from ending the trial before you get charged. I also recieved the trial pack on the last day of the trial... So because I couldn't find the my account option, I emailed 3 times via their website & my own. And got literally nothing back to this day, not even an auto response.
To prevent them taking money I had to have my bank block them and refund the money back. They managed to some how charge my bank card whilst it was on a freeze.

Later I found out if you Googled my account vitamin buddy, they had a my account dashboard.
However I don't think anything works on that either, probably just another ploy to make you think it's cancelled when it's really not.

The product looks like it been in cooked up at home with herbs & spices from a cupboard, I doubt it does anything for your health so I immediately stopped taking them.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTIGATING.

Please don't sign up.
