A fantastic service
A fantastic service where I can confidently buy my vitamins, with orders arriving almost the next day after placing them.
On one occasion, I placed an order incorrectly and returned it via Royal Mail. I’m still not sure whether it actually reached them, typical Royal Mail service, but they refunded me without even waiting for the return to arrive.
Highly recommended!

Too much packaging
No complaints about the service or product but is the amount of packaging really necessary? I have received two bottles of tablets in a box larger than a shoebox. Totally unnecessary.

I ordered some vitamins which never…
I ordered some vitamins which never arrived. I chased multiple times and was Given various excuses. I have now been told it was left outside on the porch of a block of flats in central london. It’s not been delivered and never received. Rather than trying to locate and refund, they have said I need to contact the delivery company. It’s not my duty to deal with items that were never delivered. It’s cost me lots of money and they Are refusing to refund my money for items never received. Horrendous customers service. Never order with this company. Still waiting for my refund.

No updates other than responses to my emails.

Very poor service
Terrible service. My product failed to arrive as promised and there was no information provided to advise of a delay. When I chased twice the company were not able to provide an expected date for delivery. I have requested a refund and hope that I will get my money back very shortly - watch this space.
