Ho comprato un divano dobble, non sono contento, molto rapidamente il tessuto si è rilassato e mostra segni visibili. Ho scritto subito al fornitore ma mi ha risposto che era normale e che non si vedeva bene dalle foto. Non comprate questo divano... e i cuscini sono troppo morbidi.

Visto la pubblicità in tv guardò sul loro sito ma non vedo alcun prezzo (già da qui si capisce che c’è qualcosa di oscuro)… vedo un modello di un divano letto nella sezione in pronta consegna, contatto via email per chiede un idea del prezzo e mi risponde che loro non fanno vendita ai privati.
Ma scusa un attimo, ho chiesto un idea del prezzo perché oscuri questi informazioni?
Perché non mi dai un rivenditore nella mia zona?
Perché non scrivi da qualche parte che non fate vendita ai privati per non farci perdere tempo?
Ho capito per il cliente è sempre un cliente e ha ragione, non deve essere discriminato e si può semplicemente rispondere gentile e indirizzare il cliente a un rivenditore quello che non ho visto…
