Unprofessional company

I ordered medela sns system through this company. The order arrived but one of the parts of the product was missing . I emailed VitaZita straight away and they asked me to send the pictures of my order saying they would contact the manufacturer. I’ve never heard from them since then even though I have emailed them three times asking about my order and the resolution of this issue as I cannot use the product and I have spent 40£. I’m very frustrated and disappointed. It’s very unprofessional to ignore your customers emailes and make then wait that long.

Team should reply within 48 hours.
No reply at all.
Forget that company or sue them!

I gave a review about a month ago

I gave a review about a month ago.
Basically didn’t trust the company as had not received goods and they didn’t reply to any mails sent.
Recently though I had an email to say my product had been returned and I could get a refund. Which I received in a few days after

On the other hand I noticed that you have a fair carrier complaint. Although we generally have very good cooperation with the carrier services, we attach importance to your findings. They will therefore be passed on to the services of your carrier.
You can also independently rate the services of the carrier via their company review page.

Order not delivered after payment gas been received

Made 1 order, small order to start off with and I received it all on time. I would advise on not ordering from here

We understand your reaction and your disappointment. If we set an expected delivery date, it is the intention that it will be met.

However, this delivery time is always an indication, no matter how much we want to guarantee a delivery within 1 or 2 working days. It is all the more unfortunate that the delivery of your package during transport could no longer be guaranteed.

Having read the reviews about orders…

Having read the reviews about orders that never reached their recipients, I was extremely worried after I placed a huge order. As promised, it was delivered within the 2-4 days in perfect condition as well as with an advanced expiry date. I took off one star because customer service doesn't respond to e-mail inquiries.

Takes money, doesn't supply goods, ignores correspondence - awful company!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I placed an order based on the 4 star rating here on 31 Dec and paid for expedited delivery. Received order confirmation immediately and payment taken Jan 2, radio silence since then. No despatch confirmation, website doesn't work properly to track order status, emailed 3 times and all have been ignored. Items should have arrived today, needless to say they haven't and still no response from "customer services", if they can be called that! Have emailed again to ask for refund. Avoid this company, unprofessional disorganised amateurs, only thing they do quickly is take your money!
