Really disappointed with our recent experience. We’ve sent multiple emails over several days regarding a simple exchange for an unused item that’s still within the return window and have received no response at all. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the lack of customer support and communication has been frustrating and unacceptable.
After working my way through many cheaper diffusers over the years, I did my research and decided to purchase the Vitruvi Stone Diffuser. It may cost more than many other diffusers, but the quality is evident. It looks like a piece of beautiful pottery with its matte ceramic casing, and the quality of its workmanship is exceptional. After having it for several years and running it almost daily, it suddenly stopped working last week. It appears that I accidentally got water inside the unit and burnt out a connector. I contacted the company, and immediately, they sent out a brand new replacement stone diffuser, free of charge, despite the fact that the warranty had long expired, and I no longer had my initial sales receipt. They didn't even require that I return my initial diffuser! It seems like many companies today don't care about their customers, so when I discover a company that really does care, and they stand behind their products, and provide the best customer service ever....well...I just have to recommend them wholeheartedly.
