I have the same problem as many of you.
I made an order 1 month ago. it was supposed to be a christmas present for a friend and nothing arrived yet. I wrote 2 times to the customer service and still no answers. next step is go to the police as somebody else did.
Avoid that website, don't buy or you will never see your products.
Very slow but got my item.

Made objection and got my money back from my bank.
But after the objection to the bank and waiting for about 35 days I received my package.
Wish I had read these reviews before I paid! Ordered 2 products but got 1 only. No telephone number showed on their website?! You can only contact with email! And they never reply! Shipped from hongkong? When I bought something from a french brand?!!! So they don't even have a warehouse in EU?! Are you kidding me? Now I really doubt the quality/authenticity of their products!! NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!!!
