Cruise went down by £800. As per NCL price promise we should have had this money refunded. Friends who booked direct with NCL called them and had the money added as on board credit. NCL would not speak to me directly and said I have to go through viva voyage.

Viva Voyage have refused and keep telling me NCL dosent have a price promise. They have now told me that as I am a UK customer I am not entitled to the same as a US customer - if I was a US customer they would have refunded.

You can't get anyone on the phone, it's all emails that takes them weeks to get back to you. But if you call reservations for a new booking they answer straight away but refuse to help you.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Book with the cruise line direct, not these crooks.

When booking a cruise we were entitled to on board credit as part of the promotion. However, Vivavoyage failed to inform the cruise line and on dispute claimed no onboard credit was due, even though our invoice clearly showed the credit. If you use this company ensure you obtain numerous written confirmation of any promotional offers concerned. Very poor company who fail to meet contract terms.
