I ordered a doll for my daughter birthday when it arrived the box was damaged upon opening the dolls head was caved in it was totally broken I got in touch with this company after reading on their website if damaged goods are sent they pay a full refund that was on September 25 2024 it’s now October 3rd and I’m still trying to get my money back. The first offer they made was I could keep the rubbish they sent even though they had seen pictures of the damage there was no way I could give it to any child and a 10% refund. This is totally unacceptable. I have sent several emails since saying I want my money back in full as stated on their website only to be totally ignored. Please don’t waste your money on this site all they care about is ripping hardworking people off. I’m not going to give up fighting for my money. This is a scam of a company and should be banned from selling anything . I only gave 1 star because there was nothing less .

Saw a charge to my BofA credit card yesterday from this company, "VIVIANDOLLS, M 21 UNIT A 11/F" HONG KONG HONG KONG." The thing is, I ORDERED AN ELECTRIC LAWNMOWER most recently with this card! WHAT UP! Has anyone else experienced this? Seems that none of the listed emails work either.

I had to put 1 star to actually be able to write a review but I would rate this -1000. Expected a beautiful lifelike dolly instead I received a damaged boxed with a cheap plastic dolly with a square body that looked nothing like the picture. I refuse this to give this my child it’s going straight in the bin. DO NOT buy from this pathetic excuse of a website, even the blanket was sown the wrong way with threads hanging out. I was even offered £20 back! Awful service. Not able to post pictures but trust me do not disappoint your children with this scam.

Don't waste your money. My daughter used her birthday money to but herself one, it looks nothing at all like the pictures, not even the same colouring. They did refund £25. We paid £68 plus postage for a standard doll

I so disappointed and angry, I ordered a doll for my nieces birthday nearly 3 weeks ago now , I’ve still not received the order ! I’ve emailed several times and had no response. Made account online with them and no update on my order there either .
I feel I’ve probably been ripped off for something I’m never going to receive. More disappointing my little niece who has been desperately asking for one of these dolls won’t have her wish for her birthday! But I guess I’m going to have to be the bad one to break the news ! Thanks very much Vivian dolls !!!! Please anyone reading this use another company that actually provide you with what you paid for !

Avoid this company at all costs.
My daughter Mrs Maxine Robins order number 105277 ordered a doll for my granddaughters birthday in August. Doll arrived 3 weeks later, looks nothing like the picture advertised, absolutely stinks of plastic and looks horrific, like something out of horror film.
Have emailed 3 x times for a returns address but no response.
Absolutely shocking for a very expensive cheaply made product.
This company should have its website shut down.

I'll admit that after ordering a doll for my daughter and then finding these reviews I was very worried as to whether it would arrive. I didn't receive an email confirmation and did try to contact them via the message function on their website and also via email but no luck however, I did receive an email to confirm it had been shipped and when it arrived I was very happy with it. I'm only giving it a 3 star review more for the lack of communication rather than the quality of the doll.

Terrible customer service, do not order from this company. They sent the wrong doll, I have emailed them seven times, no reply.

Doll still hasn’t arrived yet no one will return my numerous emails about a failed delivery by their chosen delivery company. Even though I said I’d put this review online - clearly company don’t care about their reputation

Complete rip-off, Ordered a 20-inch silicone doll and what turned up is a cheap plastic 10-inch doll I wouldn't pay £1 for. My daughter used her birthday savings and watching her little heart break after opening this was unbearable.

I had already ordered when I read the reviews and was VERY concerned when I read how bad company was, I wasn't even sure the doll would arrive. I had no confirmation email, I contacted the company through an email I had been told would respond as I couldn't track the order and they did reply to say someone would get back to me. No one did. 3 weeks after order the doll arrived and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The doll looks, I feel, as it should. It's just a shame their communication is so poor. But the doll is beautiful and my child adores her.

My lovely baby doll arrived yesterday She is even prettier than her picture . The parcel was well package , on time and I am very pleased with the service . Thank you so much .

Stay away from them absolutely awful total rip off and can buy same dolls from pound shop disgrace that this is allowed to be done I’m going to find out what can do about this company as it’s not what it says . It’s rubbish tat !!!!

I ordered 4 dolls which cost me 251 dollars and they look like they came from the dollar tree!! I’m so pissed and of course they don’t answer the email and I can’t find a phone number to call. Don’t Buy From

Just awful. A cheap £5 doll arrived. Stupidly I didn't read the reviews until I'd paid, as my daughter was so excited choosing a doll 🤦🏽‍♀️
I did however try to cancel the order asap but was ignored via email.

Do not order from here, over 3 months and still no delivery, no response to emails, just take your money and deliver nothing
