We were not happy with the service. We got a 3 hours cleaning, and the only things that were cleaned were the small bathroom and kitchen and the glass door in the living room. When we checked after, none of them were actually clean. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed at all, the glass still had visible stains, we could still see and feel the build up of dirt on many places on the tiles on the walls. The bathroom sink still had limescale around the faucet, the mirror wasn't clean, and the glass door in the living room looked like it had been slightly wiped but was still far from clean. The kitchen was a bit better and the oven got scrubbed. We were quite surprised that this is all that got cleaned in those 3 hours. When we did the request for the cleaning we detailed what areas in our 1 bedroom apartment needed cleaning and asked if the 3 hours would be enough for that, but we never got a reply to that question so that was also a bit disappointing, as it was too little time after this cleaning to contract more hours and we had visitors coming, resulting in us needing to do the deep cleaning ourselves.
