I love the app. It’s super fast and easy. My computer crashed and I was having problems reinstalling. The support team responded fast, was kind and polite and swiftly solved my problem.

I've used multiple ViWizard products and they have been the ultimate go-to for all of my conversion needs. Their customer service is top-notch and I am very impressed with them, through and through. I gladly give them 5 stars all the way.

MKV converter works well. Haven’t had any issues.

Extremely responsive and very friendly customer service. I am using the Spotify Converter and it work just perfectly. Simple and user-friendly application. All essential functions and settings available. The only thing missing in my opinion (or I just haven't found the function yet) is the ability to move or sort the tracks within the queue and the display of the number of tracks in the queue. But I'm sure there will be updates that will add these functions. But all in all, I am very satisfied. I hope I don't need to mention at this point that you shouldn't use your own Spotify account with this software! But when I read some of the other reviews, there still seem to be users who haven't understood the digital age 😆

I took 2 stars off my original 5* because I bought the licence, used it twice on the same computer, now it is saying i'm back on the trial version. I tried restoring my purchase by retreiving the registration code and the message came back You are registered but when I tried using it I was still on 'free trial' (1 minute of convert and no batch conversion). The only 'contact us' is email which is not timely enough for me. That said, here is my post about the actual product (which is still 5*)

I downloaded and used the ViWizard spotify music convertor to quickly get a favourite version of a song that I like but couldn't find elsewhere. I have screen recording options but that is neither as timely nor as clean as using ViWizard. Before I found it I trawled through tons of comments saying ripping from Spotify can't be done, I admit I was sceptical before buying the full licence for ViWizard with so much negativity around around the process, but it worked perfectly, smoothly and on the first try. If I had 1 complaint, it is the licence can't be transferred to a new computer, but at the price and the fact that it works, that is fine. Great job ViWizard.

Complete scam. This "software" will get your beloved Spotify account blocked. They miss-sell this product as a legal way to download your playlists. It's utter rubbish. Using this software to download music from Spotify contravenes the policy that you agreed to when you signed up. They'll block you and good luck getting that lifted! The "5 Day Full Refund Policy" is a joke too. "Oh there are loads of conditions and unfortunately you don't qualify for a refund". No surprise I guess. These people are crooks selling snake oil. Save your money, go and have a few pints instead, you'll feel much better than being scammed like me. Pffffft...

I did reach out to your customer service team and you said a refund would be possible once I removed this review.
I opened a PayPal case and recently received the refund.

Great software to easy record and convert audio, keeps high quality as well!

Software works despite some unresolved issues with the software crashing and getting support through reseller and then the developers, disappointing as after reinstalls crashing still happening the developer requested that I do a number tests after sending the crash reports , to be fair I expect the product to work off the shelf with appropriate support or auto updates
Overall it works but not stable and issues not addressed for a mp3 software converter as these have been sold for many years by other company’s - shouldn’t be difficult these days to make a more tested and stable piece of software
So if you can put up with the odd glitch it will get the job done but can be painful if you have large amounts of files to convert

Fantastic customer service. I received a response immediately with a solution to my (licensing) issue.
I wish all software companies were this efficient.

Due to my car not liking aux cables, I have decided to start burning my own CDs to listen to whilst I drive, Viwizard has made this process so simple and seamless! Having used other software, I can honestly say that Viwizard is worth it! Highly recommend!

Excellent software, runs super smoothly and is really easy to use.

I recently had a challenge with moving my product licence from my old computer to my new computer. Customer service had the issue fixed with precise simple instructions almost immediately. Awesome job.

I cannot log in (lifetime license) - stuck in a loop that says I'm activated - then asks for my registration again. Left email for support - no response as of yet. Edited my review based on the response.

Using this product every now and then since almost 5 years now (tuneskit at that time), and it was always working great!
When I was having trouble after PC hardware changes, the support team was able to help me quickly and successfully!
