I attended Vixen & Blush yesterday and was so impressed by the level of service I received by James silk and the team. Everybody was so welcoming and friendly, a lovely relaxing atmosphere. In regards to the finished product, i am in love with my new extensions. The hair quality is so impressive and thick. I will be ensuring I will be returning for eternity!

Been coming to vixen & blush for the last five years now and it is the best choice I’ve ever made .

Since 2018 I’ve been dying and bleaching my hair to the point of them being very damaged dried and very poor condition.

First extensions I received from vixen and blush was tapes. They really improved my hair condition especially when I straighten and curl my hair quite often. It took long time for me to go back to my original colour they were able to match the brown colour that I had already after bleaching for so long now for the last three years I came back to my kinda original hair colour still having a bit of highlight they are very very well accommodating with what you want and what your hair needs are.They are very very professional and knowledgeable they know what you need and will tell you exactly about your hair needs and what kind of treatment you should do. They truly care about hair care but also their costumers.

Now for the last 3 years been having micro bonds finally have the length back as after bleaching my hair got to the point of not growing as much , my hair now is much healthier stronger and longer . I truly can’t recommend it enough as it’s one of the best place if not the best in uk.

The client relations manager Natasha is amazing knows her clients and truly super helpful same as the hair stylists and Sarah they truly love what they do and truly amazing with their clients.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I feel I should praise for this experience! I had hair extensions done for the first time on Saturday by James from the start of the consultation to the end result he made me feel so comfortable and at ease I had 100s of questions and not once was it a problem for James to reassure me through the process I have left the salon feeling like a completely different women with the most amazing hair and positioning of every single extension. Thank you James and all staff!! I can’t wait to see you for my refit x

Vixen & Blush is the place to go., if ur feeling not good with ur hair., Trust me .. this is the place., I bought a pack of clip on extensions.. excellent., I feel like a new person., feel so good., and as for Kiara.. she is amazing.. she put them on and styled them so gently and patiently.. she patiently answered all my questions on the extension..I highly recommend Kiara.. loved Natasha too.. she is extremely sweet.. the environment is warm and friendly.. This place is great. Everyone is sooo friendly from receptionists to stylists.
I absolutely love Brodie, she is soooo creative and she loves to do hair "cocktails" which is the best thing, cause it looks sooo natural but adds so much character to your hair.
I have natural hair colour which changes with seasons and she can adjust to that soooo easily.

I was very anxious about the whole process because I have never had extensions before , the girls were all so amazing , made me feel comfortable and advised me which extensions are the most suitable for me . The fitting was great , the result was just what I hoped it would be , I feel more confident and no one can even tell I’m wearing extensions . I’ll definitely be back !

Lily did the most amazing job with my hair, she literally has magic hands! The results were so much better than I imagined and considering I had old balayage in my hair- she matched the colour perfectly. I had the best experience and great company- Lily was so sweet and catering!

This is my third visit to Vixen & Blush and I’m extremely happy. I’m an older lady with thinning hair and I was a little apprehensive initially visiting the salon. I was made very welcome and I feel so comfortable and totally trust Hannah who looks after me. She has an excellent eye for matching colour. Thank you Hannah.

Feel pretty crap after my experience today - self esteem rock bottom!

I had been emailing a lovely lady called Natasha over the past month or two and had explained my previous history with alopecia and what my hair is like, length etc. She was super helpful in telling me to come in for a consultation and they will take a look at my hair to see what options there are. I explained I’ve had extensions for many years and it’s never been an issue as I have strong thick hair. At no point was this raised as a red flag to their policy.

I took the morning off for my 12pm appointment, wasn’t seen till 12.30, and was told straight away within 2 minutes of the lady seeing me that they do not treat people who have had a history of alopecia or hair loss, and didn’t even look at my hair and stood up - feeling almost ushered out.

I’m not even fussed by the fact I took half a day of holiday for this insensitive “consultation”, I’m actually pretty upset with how crap I have been made to feel and cried as I walked out into the square. Someone who is obviously self conscious and nervous to be there to be treated with very little empathy. No one looked at me or looked up from their desks to say goodbye to me as I left, or acknowledge my presence. A nice woman waiting behind me for her appointment smiled and said it’s a shame a place that prides itself on natural looking hair extensions can’t help someone that actually needs it.

I appreciate they do not specialise in hair loss, but why let let me believe you may be able to help me, email me, suggest a consultation and let me book the consultation when they have a no hair loss policy.

I ordered some tape in extensions that were meant to be dark brown colour 2 but were a chestnut brown. I sent them back and the refund was in my PayPal account the next day which was great. I think im going to order in a darker colour, its just a bit tricky to use their colour guide.
