Having worked with smaller design company's that couldn't quite produce the quality, I contacted Viziononline and wished I had earlier. From the beginning there was a clear plan on what was required and throughout the project every aspect was twicked until correct.

Our core services are centred around cosmetic surgery and we take our branding very seriously as it reflects on how our services are received and the good work that we do here. Most of all this market is flooded with people offering this service but doing a particularly poor job which is of course noted in the press, so it is our intent to ensure that from conceptualisation to actually visiting our Central London clinic our customers get a 1st class experience.

We are a family run construction company operating form well over a decade and we provide high quality luxury homes. We also specialise in luxury built extensions to small developments so our brand is key to our business.

When approached Viziononline just over 2 years ago and explained that we wanted to raise our profile in the Luxury Homes market as it is fiercely competitive and sought to have all our brochure ware and website harmonised we were very cautious as we needed to get the right company that would think along our lines.

Our Project manager (Juliet Coleman) who I cannot shout any louder about has been an absolute angel looking back from where we started to where we are now. In short, Juliet helped us with the modernisation of our outdated logo which at first was a little daunting as we could not deviate too much as we are pretty well-known in the luxury house builders market for our brand but Viziononline’ s ideas for the colours and suggestions for more modern fonts were very clever and allowed all my family to agree we were heading in the right direction and would take our company to the next level. My father actually agreed with the scope and direction of what was produced (which was a first as he set the company up and is a stickler for detail). However, it is this attention to detail which has established our company as a major player in the Luxury Homes market.

The thing that we had to get right was working with a company that could get under the skin of our business .. by this I mean knowing our ethos and understanding where we wanted to go because we are well known but we had not done any branding work in over 10 years and arguably looking a little tired, so working with the right web agency and branding company was paramount to our success. We did not want to go for any web company that was just after our money and had no real passion for the task like it was their own company

When we all agreed on the new logo, business cards and letterheads Viziononline then presented us with their interpretation of our new website and we are all absolutely amazed and excited – it was spot on!

Since launching our new mobile friendly website our enquiries have increased 40% and sales increased 25-30% over the past year which is 100% attributable to our new professional website and slick brochure ware and we would like to give our first choice recommendations for any company seeking the service for a cutting edge web design and branding company to look no further than Viziononline as they take it to another level in customer care, attention and interest in your business. I just wanted to give my shout to Viziononline for creating a super website for us which exceeds our initial expectations. The service and management of our project has been simple and easy and we’ve developed our website in a little over 2 weeks which is within the 3 weeks turnaround time that was promised.

Viziononline created a my new Vaping website and we are really proud of in so much as we don’t think there is anything out there like it although this a a new product that has emerged onto the market.

When we first approached them with our ideas their advice was key to our success as out interpretation was a sort of Gentleman’s website which in hindsight may have been a little old fashioned but they were quite brave in their ideas to come up with the design which we at first thought was a little too “out there” but we are greeting incredible responses our website and a respectable number of orders although the website has only been launched 3 weeks ago.

From start to finish Viziononline have been excellent with their handling of the project and we have ended up with more than we anticipated

We appointed Viziononline to create our new E-Commerce website selling handbags and fashion accessories. We are constantly getting compliments about our website and it really gives us the edge on our main competitors.

The project was managed on time they were continually feeding back information and giving us practical advice on our choice of images and in the end we have a great product. I would have no hesitation in recommending Viziononline as they really7 have the edge when it comes to creating visually appealing websites and their ideas about being different goes a long way.

I really wished I had never used them, I waited over a year for a website that was unusable.

The website they provided to my company was not fit for purpose. It was hacked shortly after it went live and I have since had a report from 2 leading web companies, one of which I have had to pay all over again to build a complete new website for me due to the unusable coding that they had provided
In addition the coding was also sub contracted out to India and not done in house by people that worked for Viziononline as they had promised me it was.

The coding was extremely poor with hundreds of validation errors on the front end HTML code.

But the back end programming was the worst. This was insecure in multiple places.

1. Passwords stored as plain text. This is not acceptable. Within a database they should all have been encrypted. This meant I was unable to safeguard any customer data.
2. Many forms not secured. For example the registration form was susceptible to an SQL injection attack. This is where code is added to the form fields and gets executed when the ‘save routine’ was run. Indeed huge chunks of the back end website code have no checking of either the input data (to remove malicious code) or make used of safer ways of adding to the database (using pdo rather than simple run mysql)
3. Newsletter signups – again no suitable validation on the forms – these could have been used to send mass emails to many people, which will go some way to explain all the issues we had with the spam emails we were receiving because of the poor programming, approx. 300-400 per day.
4. Poor ways of writing code – there are uploaded files muddled up with actual source code.
5. Log files scatted amongst the code. The methods of using the captcha stores many extra jpg files on the server.
6. No checking on the importing of XLS files
7. Very poorly structured code.
8. Code written to old (outdated) PHP standards.
9. Very inefficient SQL written - eg SELECT * from TABLE … with no LIMIT or qualifiers. This code is not scalable to large numbers of products.
10. Hard coded logic within functions (the getDecorationCost) making future changes expensive, and risky.


In summary, the programmers of this website had no idea what they were doing, and the site was not fit to be used on an e-commerce platform.

Example code had been copied and inserted unsafely, best practise ignored (probably not known about) and huge security flaws left.

I have complained to the company but as of yet heard nothing back.

I have been using Vizion onlines services on a selection of projects and the service has been excellent always willing to go the extra yard to make sure your happy with the project.

Viziononline are reliable professional and deliver a good standard of service. Our website was delivered on time and after the site went live they helped us with our online marketing strategy and brochureware which has come our really well. Basically they do what they say they are going to do.

This company take it to another level in web design. I really don't undestand how they can keep coming up with different creative concepts that work on literally every site they work on.

I'm very impressed at the standard of their work as I've done 3 sites with them and they get better each time.
