Beware! Company does not seem legitimate to me. Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. No option given for providing the correct item. Did not send a return shipping label.
Call rep was polite but seemed liked she was using a script that was telling me that I would never get the right item, never get a return label by email and never get a refund.
I got a very "scammy" vibe. Needed to contact my credit card company in order to have the charge reversed.

The rack did not fit in my closet. I called your office to order one that would fit in exchange for this rack. They told me no exchanges as it was past the 30 days.
I wanted to buy another rack that would fit as I researched your website and found one that was more expensive and would fit.
Yet, still no exchange.
I will not purchase from VMINNOVATIONS again.
