Vmos cloud is very good service. There cloud phones helped me with many things like tiktok, roblox and other apps. But i’m giving 4 stars, because i don’t really like there renewal system. My phone expired when i was sleeping and when i wanted to renew it, it was already gone.

I'm preety positive to say that Vmos cloud app is by far one of the best 24/7 farming app with alot of features and smooth experience, it is really cheap on 30 days trials
There are various supported server too try / play on and grind this doent even affect the main device soo while it's grinding in background I can watch anything freely without any type of battery drainage or lag etc

I have like 13 devices with them and you know what happend when credit was inssuficent they done a 1 day renewal for 1$ then after i filled credit this renewal remained for 1$ each day they keep charging it infinitely until u change it manually, i was never notified about this change, asked support for refund but my request was refused. Take care of Traps u better avoid this kind of services checkout are a lot of better and serious suppliers.

vmos is honestly one of the easiest and most simple cloud device apps Ive used from the moment I sign up everything felt clean and smooth and talk about performance it's really good in the performance and has a alot of accessibility options I would recommend it to any newbie if they don't wanna get overwhelmed by the other apps.

NO REFUND

So i want to build a afk farm , bought a subscription and when i start the machine, it was absolutly laggy, i even cant login in a game that i want to farm, and for that i spend $6 , so useless, in the support they said no refund, 1 star.

Bad phones they keep crashing apps. Contacted support gave me some tips to keep my own phone connected to the phone. Thats not what i wanted at all. The whole reason i bought a phone is so i would not having to use my own device 24/7

I bought 7 phones, they have terrible support. I encounter a problem with a device I have waited 2 weeks and still they tell me to wait to solve it. I couldn’t load a phone for 2 weeks and the support said me to use my other phones

Completely useless support. When you contact them originally they say yes to any feature you ask to them even if it is not available on their application/website to get you to buy it.

AND Then once you buy it the support either goes completely silent or acts clueless and suddenly cannot speak English.

Perfect English before buying, confused and silent after buying.

Do not buy. 0 Star.

DONT BUY ANY RESIDENTIAL PROXY IP THEY SELL. THEY ARE ALL HONG KONG IPS.

THEY INTERFER WITH YOUR DEVICES AND APPS YOU INSTALL IN YOUR VIRTUAL PHONE.

I SAW APPS I DID NOT INSTALL ON MY PHONE.

I LOST ALL JOBS DONE OVER A WEEK IN ONE DAY ACROSS 3 APPS I INSTALLED IN MY CLOUD PHONE.

PLS USE ANOTHER VIRTUAL PHONE SERVICE.

I purchased a Virtual Phone and a Static Residential IP, both were defective and unusable. They were advertised as USA-based and Residential.

The IP was consistently classified as Data Center/Transit by all major IP checkers, not Residential. Furthermore, the geo-location was incorrect (Ukraine/Hong Kong/Singapore), rendering both products useless for their intended purpose.

Support acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement IP and extension days, but failed to deliver on these promises. This wasted several days of the paid service.

When I finally requested a full refund for the defective products, they straight up refused ('NO REFUNDS'), even after I warned them of initiating a chargeback. They show zero regard for customer rights or satisfaction.

This behavior (defective products, false promises, refund refusal) is clearly a pattern, as seen in many other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you choose to purchase, use a service like PayPal or a Credit Card that allows you to easily file a CHARGEBACK to recover your funds.

My experience with vmoscloud.com was worse than I expected. At first, their advertising tempted me with the claim that they are “the best cloud phone company,” but the reality is far from that description.

I rented an American phone from them, and to my surprise, the IP address was indeed American, but the DNS server showed Hong Kong. This is a disaster for anyone who relies on the service for sensitive tasks like managing U.S. TikTok accounts. For two days, I tried in vain to convince their technical support about the issue, but they stubbornly insisted that everything was “normal” and that the problem wasn’t on their side.

Still, they didn’t stop at that evasive response. When I asked for a refund, their reply was ready: “No refunds.” Just like that—as if the customer has no value after paying!

I’m honestly shocked at how a company that promotes itself so widely and collects people’s money can fail to offer a professional service or genuine support. My experience was a mix of slowness, negligence, and procrastination, and frankly, I would never recommend dealing with them.

Don’t waste your money on this awful company, no matter how tempting their offers are.

Yesterday I paid for a virtual phone. They promised to issue it in an hour, but 12 hours have already passed and still have not received access. They cheat with deadlines. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Worst Experience Ever - i bought a cloud device just to see what is all the glazing was if it was better than other cloud services + cheaper , It is totally shit , and the support also is shit (feels like a robot ahh person ) just copying and pasting messeges , not really helping much

Bought a cloud device and cannot access the developer settings. Their customer service barely is available and I keep receiving messages from a bot. According to their TOS they do not give any refunds. Dont buy from there!

I bought an emulator... I received it a month later... Chinese IP don't eat these American sites ... The solution of customer service is to buy an American IP.... When I bought it, the internet speed became 2 or 4 megabytes? 🤔 They're fooling people. It's scam.
