The worst ISP in Germany

The worst ISP in Germany! Their cable (DOCSIS) internet service is unreliable, it just breaks down and they expect you to make due without a home connection for a week, just like that. Their mobile service in the area of the outage became unbearably slow too, as entire blocks went out and now their mobile towers are likely at capacity. I wouldn't complain either if their service weren't so PROHIBITIVELY expensive. Do NOT ever get a Vodafone contract, you WILL regret it!

Very bad service and customer support

Very bad service and customer support. Some scammers called me saying that they are from Vodafone and asked me to tell them the verification code sent by Vodafone to my number. The problem is they know my contract details. Therefore, I called Vodafone hotline to report that and asked them how my contract info was leaked. And the answer I got was it is Ok if I did not tell the scammer the PIN. When I mentioned that I would stop using Vodafone because of the bad customer support then that guy said „Sure, it is fine“…OMG

Worst internet service provider

Worst internet service provider , there are repeated outages, I've had no internet for past 12 days and worst customer experience who don't take any responsibility. They want me to book an appointment with service company when it's their job. They promised to send the alwayson router which they haven't , i can't even work from home now. Don't go for vodafone, you will have lots of internet issues!

We are facing the challenges from last…

We are facing the challenges from last 7 months and still no solution yet .. we change house in Dusseldorf and surrender the WiFi box to their local office and office issue new Kunden number but the great thing, Vodafone still charging for both the connection . I have been trying to call regularly but still the problem as it is . Don’t know how to deal further ..

3 days no internet! Awful

The Vodafone representative were coming to our door everyday for selling their product, at the end my husband accepted to talk to them and we were fool to change our plan. We are doing home office, NO INTERNET! The customers service is another headache, we have been on the que for more than half an hour every time. They always say maybe it can start from tomorrow. Still 3 days NO INTERNET!

No Internet, no customer service, overpriced

Have constant Internet outages for over a week now. The customer service ticket has been up for the same time.

0 updates, 0 human interaction, just talking to bots and seeing no progress.

I am looking for alternative providers now.

Worst internet provide! GO BUY ALDI

I have to pay 50 euros every month and customer service is the shitties ever, especially in Germany, where people do not want to work. You have to wait 150 mins to get to talk to a call center that won't even solve the problem and maybe eventually they will give you 500 GB - they never arrived to me!!!
If you read this, please get an aldi simcard or Aldi Internet provide... it is much better!!

The worst internet provider

They don’t deserve any star. It’s the worst service I’ve ever seen and received. All they care about is charges every month. Their flagship stores here in Bremen, all horrible and very unhelpful. Anyone looking for an internet provider here in Bremen, RUN from Vodafone!

Sie verdienen keinen einzigen Stern. Das ist der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe. Ihnen geht es nur ums Geld. Ihre Flagship-Stores hier in Bremen sind allesamt furchtbar und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Wer in Bremen einen Internetanbieter sucht: Finger weg von Vodafone! 😡😡😡

I Signed my WiFi contract

I Signed my WiFi contract, but didn’t get anything so I called customer support and cancelled after 3 weeks waiting. I tried to reach the customer support multiple times since it was urgent but no chance that someone from Vodafone will help you. If you call the hotline they will just connect you to other compartments where everyone tells you the same. The only thing Vodafone hotline is useful for is to waste you time.

The worst internet in Germany, probably the world!

The worst internet in Munich. Worst internet i've actually seen in my life. 75 euro a month for 300 mbps on a public server with 6 other clients. Meaning i should have 300 / 6 = 50 mbps and at least 20 mbps upload speed

But my top download speed is 10mbps and my biggest upload speed is 0.16 mbps. Made the speed test multiple times on their official website, told them about it for months and still nothing changed.

Vodafone couldn't care less about customers

How can a company like Vodafone care so little that they have such bad reviews. I bought a € 10 Hotspot ticket and was only able to use it once, after that no connection to the Vodafone portal was possible. I tried to contact them 4 times by email, countless times with their chatbot that is totally useless. I bought the Hotspot ticket because I was visiting Germany and therefore I CANNOT CALL YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER ... please programme this into your useless chatbot. I just wasted my money or rather Vodafone just stole it and will never answer me as there is zero customer service.

Terrible service

Terrible service. The support tells you they'd call you back, but then don't do. Landline phone hasn't been working for months but it takes so much effort to make them take care of anything, that we just ignored the problem for a long time... Regarding cellphone; their networks became a lot worse over the last years with very bad coverage in many areas. Currently, Telekom has a much better coverage.

Monthly donation for Vodafone

Its so funny that we get our “invoice” from Vodafone when we don’t have WIFI at home. It sometimes feel more like a donation for them, bc it happens frequently. Shittiest Internet I ever dealed with.

I have talked to a Vodafone representative . She gave me at least 30 minutes on Call to make me all understand . Really nice from her . Her name was Frau Lehau . I Hope I have not wrong Spelled it . :)

I wish I could give them a zero star ratings.After my contract termination they continued to charge me for 7 months.I went to their office many times and their client promised me to solve the problem.when I asked for a refund their client told me he couldn't solve the problem and I had to contact my bank to return my money back.now,they have sue me to returning the stolen money.stay away this comapny
