I was in the carrick store and meet with James and Ruby . Their kindness shown to me on lots on different issues i had with husband phone and my bill was dealt with patience and untold kindness

We had an excellent experience at the…

We had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Store in carrick on shannon this morning . The young man who dealt with our query was absolutely fantastic — friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
A special mention also to Ruby who was equally helpful and professional. Both of them went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made us feel genuinely valued as customers.
It’s rare to come across a team so approachable, efficient, and willing to help. Credit where it’s due — Vodafone Carrick-on-Shannon is lucky to have staff like this.
Highly recommended!
