Tom in the Crescent Shopping Centre helped me with the My Vodafone App. I now have more control over my Bill pay account. Thank you VF. I always go to the Vodafone Store and wait for Tom.

Fiona in The Crescent was great help with moving my phone number away from Three and got a good deal off a new phone for myself too.

I’ve been a customer of Vodafone the last 3 years and all came down to speaking with a lady Maria in the store in the shopping centre in Limerick initially I took one phone on bill pay for the year after the year I went back to to see what my options were Maria asked me some questions and we discovered I would save a lot of money and get the best phones by moving my business phones to Vodafone aswell currently have 4 phones all on bill pay and I couldn’t be happier

Was having a problem with my phone went to the Vodafone shop in the crescent shopping centre. I dealt with a lovely lady fiona who took the time and effort to rectify my issue .
It was a lovely to meet someone helpful for a change.
Would highly recommend
