Workers in the shop don't understand…
Workers in the shop don't understand questions, telling like robots only. Can't explain anything. Said, that 2.50€ payment is once in April, but in reality that's every month payment. Terrible service, stupid workers. Antivirus programs not working, spam call and messages are non stop. And for that take payment 1.99€. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Excellent experience!
Matheus helped me today at the Henry Street Vodafone location and he was wonderful! He set me up with a prepaid SIM card very quickly and was patient and kind explaining everything to me! Thank you Matheus!

customer service needs improvement
The staff member upstairs was very nice and helpful and directed me to go downstairs for further assistance. However, when I got there, the employee at the downstairs counter completely ignored me. While I was standing there waiting, two other customers arrived after me. Another staff member came down and walked passed me to assist them. I was left standing at the counter completely ignored, without any direction or indication or any basic acknowledgment of my presence while a staff member was in front of me this whole time. No greeting, no direction, no offer of help. I got upstairs and again met a staff member who I've talked to first - he was indeed very attentive and nice and asked if everything was okay. That's a good customer service. But the experience downstairs was quite disappointing!

Smartphone Plan Experience
