Incompetent.

Needed an elevation certificate for settlement. Contacted on Monday, 8 days prior to settlement. Needed by Friday before the Tuesday settlement to get insurance quotes and policies bound. Short timeframe but assured they could do it by then. Emailed on Friday for status. Notified that my email was forwarded to the "scheduler" for response. No response. Emailed on Monday for update. Got email response on Tuesday, June 7th, settlement day, that I was on schedule for that day. Would get certificate to me, "first thing tomorrow morning." Next morning, no certificate. They called late Wednesday afternoon. Certificate ready. They will email invoice. "What about the certificate?", I asked. "Oh, that too." "When?" "In a few minutes." An hour later I call back, 4:50PM. "Did you send certificate?" "No, not yet. I have one more email and then yours is next." "OK. Great, I'll be looking for it." Thursday morning, still no certificate. Called Thursday afternoon. "Oops. Sorry. Will send it now." 1 hour later, still not received. Call back again. The sent to the wrong email address. Will send to correct email address right away. Received email immediately. Great only they sent the wrong survey. They sent someone else's survey. Called back again. "Let me check and I'll get back to you". Still waiting. So I am sitting here with a home without insurance. Great. Can you spell incompetent?
