Refunds are impossible to achieve. No possibility of having a meaningful exchange personally or through AI.
Quality is very questionable and I doubt claims that items are genuine leather are to be trusted.

Voghion is absolute garbage
Voghion is absolute garbage. I’ve tried it a few times: either the items were total junk—nothing like described and completely unusable—or they didn't arrive at all because the status claimed delivery wasn't possible, the address was incorrect, etc. I even received the wrong items. The communication is atrociously bad, and to this day, I have never received a refund—even though the status always claimed that the repayment had been initiated. Never again!
