10/10 I recommend Voidu
So I ordered a code for Warhammer Chaosbane and it didn't get delivered as fast as I had been accustomed to. I checked and it wasn't in stock on any other official game store. So I waited a few days and trusted Voidu to sort it out and they did. I got my code and apologies even though I hadn't raised any complaint. I felt treated with respect and will definetly be buying from Voidu again.

Inaccessible License Purchase Honored by Voidu
I purchased a game license that I did not activate but was no longer accessible through Voidu. It took a little back and forth with their customer support but they eventually honored the past purchase by providing a discount coupon of equal value. Even though I had to fight for it, I appreciate Voidu's customer support in following through with my issue. One thing to note is not to let unused license purchases sit in your Voidu account as you run the risk of that license agreement being cancelled without notice.

I've been using voidu for a while now…
I've been using voidu for a while now and it's great that some games are way cheaper than most platforms but also some games are way more expensive than they originally are. The site is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Sometimes it doesn't let me checkout for some games but overall it's a great site.

Accidentally bought the wrong game and assumed I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. After contacting support they were able to issue me a refund within 24 hours. Very helpful customer support.

Voidu found a solution and reimbursedmreimbursed me the full amount of €50. Thank you Voidu.
My pay pal account was utilised by internet thieves to pay for an item which I did not order or recieve. I asked if the recipient could be disclosed to me several times. Talking around the subject seems to be normal when it comes in making sales.
I asked for a refund for amount paid simply because Paid amount was out of my account.
If the recipient would have been disclosed it would be possible to revail the thieves who illegally used my pay pal account and help prevent internet abuse.

Site took order without asking for payment info and order is stuck on pending status. Nowhere on site to add payment info to resolve this no reply from support. Account country is incorrect no where on site to correct this either. Account is logged in through google and google support has confirmed country is set correctly through google error on this sites side
