Our experience with Voippbxexpress has been great. The equipment arrived on time and the friendly staff worked with us to port over our existing phone number.

Once the port was scheduled, we set up the equipment as laid out in the instructions. The final setup was completed over the phone. The tech support staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had one follow-up call to make some configuration changes for our staff, and have been fully operational ever since. The system works great. If you've ever used a Cisco phone system, you'll feel right at home.

Great company for purchasing obsolete equipment that does not work half the time and then they always try and charge you more to fix it.

We bought two IP-phone systems, one has been running for three years, the other one two years, both work good. Client help during initial setup was helpful. One tip: Change the default password to strengthen the security.

To start with got a new system for a bussiness from a month we had 3 bad phones,they said they would mail a box to return them nothing was ever mailed it's been 5 months,when asking for help it's 120 an hour because the system isn't perfect it has hiccups but we have to pay for it everyone it goes down I've had this system go down at least 5 times in the last 4 months.

overpriced, better off going to ringcentral, i switched after it costed to much, its not worth the investment doing business with voipbxexpress.

It was a great experience getting our new VOIP system setup as it was a larger deployment. Extremely knowledgeable staff from quoting up through installation. Would definitely recommend them and their products.

VoIP PBX express is good telecommunication service provider. I'm also using their Cisco VoIP PBX systems.

I called Scot several months ago when I was researching VOIP phone systems and Scot was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain to me the system and even offered me a visit to his office to see the phones in action. I was going back and forth with the decision between a Costco system by Intermedia and a Cisco system from Scot's company. I ended going with Costco because they offered free financing so the cash out of pocket was less. What a mistake. From the first day we had problems which continued for months until I couldn't take it any longer. I reached out to Scot again and visited his office in Kent. The entire team is awesome, they're responsive, professional and they have the best product. I'm 100% satisfied with both the product and the company selling and supporting it. I would gladly recommend Voippbx Express to anyone looking for the best equipment at the best price, you won't be disappointed.

We had been shopping for a phone vendor for several weeks, and met numerous companies and phone system sales personnel. Other companies in the South Florida market offered acceptable prices, but their level of service, product knowledge, and follow up or response was very poor. The last thing we wanted for our growing company was poor product service and follow up.
As I found VoipPBXExpress, I contacted them and had a good technical discussion, they provided a clear picture of what products I was going to receive, and in great detail told me the implementation work. Prices were very reasonable as well.
As we proceeded with the order, we were surprised with the professionalism and speed on the implementation of our new Cisco telephone system.
Employees were very happy, and left notes on my desk thanking me for their new phones. So far, we're very pleased with the quality of these phones, the service follow ups, and the communication between our two companies and our network technician. I highly recommend them based on their sales and product knowledge, and their exceptional customer service. We've already ordered more phones as our company continues to grow and adding them takes literally minutes to activate.
