I have been waiting for the products to arrive for more than 4 months. UK to Germany, the parcel was sent back to the sender. There was a second delivery attempt after 2 months without any improvement, the product went back to the sender again. Now, I have been waiting for the refund for more than 3 weeks but voldox doesn't reply to my messages anymore.
