3 Years Later—Still Impressed with Volkswagen

They even send reminders a couple of weeks in advance for upcoming services, and the same for WOF checks—even when those are outsourced. That level of care makes a big difference and shows real attention to their customers.
The car itself has been fantastic value for us. It was thoroughly checked before purchase, came with a technical guarantee, and in the three years we’ve had it, we haven’t experienced any technical issues at all. That kind of reliability gives real peace of mind.
