Hanif was my installer, he arrived on time and set about reviewing my setup. He was able to accommodate my requirement to fit the new consumer unit inside the cabinet. Hanif was very polite and completed the job with minimum disruption. Based on my experience today I’d be happy to recommend Voltari and Hanif is a credit to the company.

Rubel was brilliant and efficient. He sent me a message on the day, detailing when he would be coming to the property to fix the charging pod.
Rubel answered my questions patiently and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional and cleaned up after he set up the pod.
He explained how to use the app and also who to contact if I needed technical support.
All in all, I would reccomend Voltari and Rubel, for setting up charge pods.

From the onset of the process Voltari offered amazing customer experience and service. The online survey and onboarding was simple. On the day of install the engineer Rubel Rashid was on time, courteous and kept me fully updated on his plans and the process. Rubel discussed the options on placement and took great care in considering the cosmetic placement as well as the technical requirements. Rubel took great pride in his work and the end result showed this - his handover was very clear and simple for me on how to use the app and set up for my new car. I would highly recommend and feel the need to highlight Rubel as an asset to Voltari - would recommend them to anyone you consider for fitting EV at home (my device was the OHME home pro). Ev charger fitted
A great electrician fitted this named Zaid, he was so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He turned up on time and the company were great to deal with. He was a perfectionist which was rare to see and took pride in his work. He took the time to show me exactly what he had done and cleaned up afterwards . Really happy with result

Today a nice man called Hanif came to install my pod wall charger for my car, he was very careful to make sure that I knew just how to operate it and set up my Ohme account with me. Hanif done the work in great time and made a really good job of it , we had a great chat about life, our respective families and all round good conversation, I would personally highly recommend Hanif to do your installation anytime, great fella 👍🏻

Darren turned up on time despite heavy traffic and completed the job in a very clean tidy and professional way and in just over four hours despite some tricky obstacles.

A polite man who arrived on time and did a tidy installation. Zaid even used a spirit level to make sure all the equipment was fitted level and then tidied up after himself too.

I have just had a Ohme home pro car charger fitted,
The engineers were brilliant, very friendly, accommodating and understanding of my concerns. They helped me set up the App on my phone and explained how to use it: They cleaned up before leaving.
