The installation was very good
The installation was very good, the engineer arrived on time and completed the work as expected.
The only improvement I can suggest is in the initial site survey. You should give a list (with photo examples) at the start of the survey. This would have made this a much faster task.

The day started wet and miserable
The day started wet and miserable. The first good thing was that the installer phoned to say that he was sorry but was running late. After that things ran smoothly and apart from the noise when drilling through the walls we really didn’t notice he was there.
A couple of hours later it was done and apart from the damp brick dust you wouldn’t know he’d been. Job well done.

Electrical Fitter went over and above
Hanif was excellent, very professional, setup everything quickly and neatly. I had some difficulties with the EV charging app which wasn't his job and he still stuck around calling customer service to help me! Would recommend

Chris from Voltari did the EV charger installation. Very professional and has done a neat job. Knowledgable with the setup and configurations for the Wi-Fi connectivity. All works well after the installation. Chris took the time to explain the working and functionality as part of the handover process.
