Schlechte Erfahrung
Hemd, das als lieferbar gekennzeichnet ist, wird aus der Bestellung storniert. Eine Folgebestellung wird nicht ausgeführt, weil die erste Bestellung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist und ähnliche Artikel in gleicher Größe nicht bestellt werden dürfen!
Lieferzeit ist mit 14 Tagen ist nicht gerade kurz.
Mittlerweile ist das Hemd, das ich dann eben bei "Boudoir-Noir" bestellt habe geliefert worden und auf die Lieferung von Voodomaniacs warte ich immer noch...
Wo werde ich beim nächsten mal direkt bestellen?

Positiv: schneller Support
Ware am 30.06 bestellt, am selben Tag bezahlt. Es kam bis heute den 17.07 keine Ware an, zumal 2 Artikel aus meiner Bestellung storniert worden sind, mit der Anmerkung diese seien nicht lieferbar. Aber bestellen kann man diese Artikel in der selben Größe dennoch auf der Website. Ich habe nun um Storno gebeten, hoffenlicht reagiert der Kundenservice auch darauf. Bisher sehr unprofessionell.
Update: Der Support reagierte schnell auf meine Stornoanfrage, daher nun 1 extra Stern für die Supportmitarbeiter.
