Sales person was great but the car preparation was a disgrace. Diamond Bright Gold treatment applied over a dirty car, interior fabric protection against spills, non existent in general a disgraceful presentation of a vehicle to a customer.

We’ve recently taken delivery of our 75 reg CX30 and would like to say, the service we received from Joshua James was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the range of vehicles. He listened to our requirements and kindly arranged for the vehicle we were interested in to be collected from Plymouth for us to test drive. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the SD card after delivery, however, Joshua dealt with this immediately and the issue was resolved without delay.

Josh James and the team were very helpful in helping me buy a car. It had an initial problem which was sorted quickly and professionally and dealing with all the staff was a pleasure.

When calling Vospers Mazda initially about purchasing our next Mazda cx-5 Joshua was extremely polite and helpful. We then took the 130mile journey to look at the car and Joshua was there to greet us and show us around. We made the decision to go ahead and purchase, arranging to collect a couple of weekends later. Again, we weren’t disappointed! He removed the car from the website immediately and as the car he just come in and there were no pictures Josh made a comprehensive video of the car and sent it to me the next day. Having him guide me made the experience of buying my first car smooth and stress free. He facilitated a meeting and test drive that suited my timeline and put me at ease from the moment we met. Josh then personally delivered the car to my local Vospers for me to collect and guided me through all of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Vospers, and especially Josh, to anyone wanting a friendly and professional service.

Bought a car sight unseen and could not fault the purchasing experience. Kieran Chivers went out of his way to make sure the car was perfect for me when I arrived. Kieran put my mind to rest by sending me walk round videos and detailed photos of the car. Cannot fault. 100% satisfied.

Russell Davis…What a great friendly guy , he was so nice and easy to deal with and made everything so smooth and easy , i barley had to speak on the phone and he made it so everything was easy and mostly done remotely which also wasn’t that much to do. I didn’t expect things to be so smooth and easy and was very reassuring. Honestly didn’t expect it to be such an easy process.I highly recommend this man and the company in general, especially if you have anxiety about the process and going through with it as I in fact put it off but it really wasn’t awkward long or an effort. I should have done it sooner and I would have this great car sooner!

He performed a miracle when we called at 4pm on a Friday requesting a car be brought to the Exeter showroom for the next day.
And then the car was ready for pick up that Monday.
