Great site, very efficient process for finding an advisor in my area. I was able to note my reasons for seeking an advisor and press go - shortly afterwards I had contact from the right expert. Would recommend, it's nice and straightforward with no fuss.

Seems a useful site to find out about possible professional help. However feedback is sought before anything has happened and this casts doubt on some other reviews. Too many feedback requests.

Prompt responses and follow-up emails. When I wrote a direct email, again, the response was quick and clear.

A useful guide to finding a reputable advisor.

I used the site to find someone, didn't initially hear back which isn't unusual, but I had a simple email with couple of buttons from vouchedfor asking if the supplier had been in touch, I clocked no and then heard very promptly from the supplier, so a great customer experience.

Always picks up requests promptly and resolves with no issues. Cannot ask for better or faster service on the rare occasions I have had to reach out.

Applied on VouchedFor for a Financial Advisor, they provided a name over 50 miles away my home address. They then asked via email how did I rate the advisor, which was strange as the advisor had made no effort to make contact. So overall stay away, they recommend someone who doesn't reach out and is not local.

We have been using VouchedFor as a business for just over 18 months now. Both our Account Manager Serena and Aldo who works as part of the customer service team are brilliant. Queries are answered promptly, nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to assist with any questions that arise. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
