Dear Sirs,
I am disappointed with Vousten customer service, because of the following issues:
1. According to information on your webpage, goods are delivered to the customer within 2 days. I placed an order on April 10, today is April 18 and I still have not received anything.
2. On April 14 or 15 I sent inquiry for assistance/update to Vousten - nobody even bothered to respond to my concerns.
Because of the above, I can assure, that so far my experience shows, that Vousten has the worst customer service of all internet retailers I have dealt with so far.
