I would like to submit an complaint regarding the unacceptable working conditions at the company VoW, where your agency sends workers.
The treatment of new employees is extremely poor. From the very first day, they are assigned the most physically demanding tasks without proper training or support. If someone dares to ask questions or requests help, they are punished the next day with even harder work. This kind of intimidation and retaliation is completely unacceptable.
There is also clear favoritism – workers who are "liked" or have connections are placed on easy lines and given lighter tasks, while others are forced to do the hardest and heaviest work continuously.
The overall organization is chaotic. There is no sense of respect or professionalism, and the work environment is filthy – trash on the floors, poor hygiene, and a complete lack of order.
As a recruitment agency, you are responsible for the conditions your workers face. I strongly urge you to investigate what is happening at VoW and take the necessary steps to protect future employees from being treated this way.
