If I could put 0 stars, I would.
Horrible customer service, they send products they think work, not what you request.
Oh, and they apparently will not refund for the error they make.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with VRSF. I purchased a catted downpipe from your company based on the positive feedback I had seen, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating process.

I placed my order and provided all the necessary information, including my address and mobile number. However, VRSF provided the shipping company with an incorrect mobile number, which resulted in my package being returned to the sender after it reached my country.

I attempted to contact your customer service department, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I was directed to your website contact page, but my messages and emails have gone unanswered.

To make matters worse, after more than one month of waiting, I received a partial refund, and $200 of my money was withheld. Instead of resolving the issue by apologizing and reshipping my order, VRSF has essentially taken my money.

VRSF's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. The combination of incorrect shipping information, lack of customer support, and financial loss has left me very dissatisfied. I will be sharing my experience with others to make sure they are aware of the potential issues with ordering from your company. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your processes.

Processing and shipping were extremely prompt. The product came well packaged and protected, and of course the downpipe I received was spot on, amazing quality and craftsmanship. I'm very pleased with the product and my shopping experience with VRSF.

Our son was so excited to put this on his car, we took it to the muffler shop only to find out it is not CA compliant. We are not happy at all as now we have to pay shipping fees and restocking fees to send it back. If you know a product is not compliant in a state, why sell it to someone in that state. It will be about $550 dollars down the drain after it is said and done. We’re not happy at all, this is bad business practice. We would have loved if it worked out.

These guys gave me fantastic pre-order service, and provided surprisingly fast shipping for a time-sensitive and bulky item. On install, I was able to appreciate that the intake was designed with great precision than the OEM item itself. As well, the item itself gave me a level of performance slightly exceeding OEM- Could not be happier.

Quick and easy, high quality parts with a seamless delivery. My only choice for downpipes and alike!

I recently ordered a charge pipe for my N55, and it fit perfectly. Replaced the crappy oem plastic one with a high quality aluminum one. Would recommend to everyone!

VRSF has great products for reasonable prices. The communication with the staff was great. The downpies I purchased for my BMW M3 fit perfectly and added to the raw aggressive sound I was looking for. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I bought a downpipe from here but changed my mind before the product arrived and decided to send it back without opening it. I created a return request via e-mail. They said they would charge a 20% or 25% restock fee. Think twice before buying anything from here. I will never buy anything again.

Customer service doesn’t exist. Unable to talk to a live human on the phone. Company communicates solely via email. First time customer and will never do business with them again! Tried to cancel order and was denied although order never left their facility. Tried to get some sort of return fee waived and was told all major companies do the same thing. Company just wants to take your money. Received my catted down pipe but will probably take it to a scrap metal shop rather than sell or gift it away. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Will file a report with the BBB.

Absolutely great company to order your performance parts for your BMW. I ordered a downpipe for the F 30 I just bought for the winter so I could put my F 80 in storage. I had a few questions before I ordered and they were answered in a timely fashion by very knowledgeable representatives. I felt 100% comfortable and ordering my parts and installing them myself. I will definitely be shopping with them for all my Bmw needs. Great company that is very knowledgeable

I ordered a chargepipe on the VRSF website for my BMW series 5, and I'm so happy with it! The model mounts very well, and don't forget to order the mounting flange and gasket needed for the unit to work properly.
I'm happy to say that the shipment to France was fast and reliable. I highly recommend it for purchases, but especially for quality products. There are also lots of great tutorials on various media to help you with the assembly.

Awful customer service, I bought a downpipe for my b48, and they didn't upfront provide the details needed. Apparently it required previous mods to open the space for the downpipe in the smallest font possible. (This if the first downpipe I've ever had need that) The email responses are extremely rude, and overall poor and disrespectful. They then expect a 25% packing fee? On a $300 downpipe? Then they want shipping, and then they want the shipping from our side? Then even when all that happens, they expect us to wait for a yes or a no whether they can take it or not? Then if it gets denied we have to pay another fee for their delivery? This place is an actual joke, and can only be returned after a month even when completely factory new and untouched. Ironic it's only a month when it takes two to three weeks of consistent delaying on the shipping, not even enough time to realize if the part is good or not.

Great bunch of mechanic's, I've made them my first go to garage as they always seem to find time to resolve your vehicle problems. And always cheaper than anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. Packaging was delivered damaged and when opened it had become apparent that all the tips and back box were badly scratched and dented. Just the tips them selfs were packed in a bag together loosely with no foam or protected, they were hitting each other during transport complete lack of care. Description states “ We include a lifetime warranty as well as our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee” don’t believe it, I’ve been offered 5% of my money back and when I replied saying I don’t want 5% back just send me replacement tips it’s as if they have fallen off the face of the planet… no response…

The service is wonderful very responsive and kind also very good communication if you have a problem with the order they will solve it and shipping the parts it has been quick I won't said nothing about the quality because it's great. I'm very happy and satisfied

I had high expectations for this company since the reviews of the products, forum posts and their "Lifetime Warranty" were extremely appealing. I decided to order a midpipe from them for my BMW. Shipping did take a while, but after receiving it I installed it. It seems as if their Quality control is only with their pipes and not the hardware they also supply. No instructions, warnings, or recommended torque specs were given, so I assumed it's just a free for all. Two clamps immediately sheered while hand tightening them during the FIRST installation. I reached out to customer service with photos and explained to them that BOTH clamps broke at the weld points while trying to tighten them, which left me no choice but to clamp them really down and actually twist a clamp, to avoid a LOUD exhaust leak. After their "investigation", they deemed it my fault for over tightening (since they only looked at one photo and assumed both photos applied to one clamp) and refused to replace, discount, or even offer free shipping on a new pair of clamps. You can clearly see the failure point was at the little dot of a spot weld (only 4 hold down this piece of metal), a defect in the craftsmanship. Furthermore, although this ball clamp was labeled "VRSF", hardware doesn't apply to their lifetime warranty of defective VRSF products, which nowhere on the site states that either. They have now stopped responding to my messages. Buyers beware that their hardware is terrible and don't expect it to last long.
