Pre-sales, installation fine, post-sales - very poor
Pre-sales and installation was fine. However, post-sales chasing of payment was incessant within 10 minutes of job completing. There were three snags which were easily arranged to be resolved but calls for payment continued even before they were resolved. As soon as resolved, chasing increased. Really not good final service which is a shame as the rest was fine.
EDIT: My review isn't about paying the balance, of course that has to be paid, it's the quickness and frequency of chasing that needs to be reviewed. I think a call every half hour or so is very excessive, so please look into this process rather than dismissing my feedback as below. Thanks

The two guys turned up on time after driving all the way from London!!. They were very polite and started on the garage roof straight away. It was absolutely boiling hot but they carried on anyway and did a fantastic job. They cleared everything up after themselves and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs anything done to their garage. Thanks guys x

Excellent service
The VSF father& son team arrived a day early, ostensibly to inspect the job and access for their van.
Surprisingly they decided that the garage roof replacement was straightforward and asked if the could do it there and then!
The old asbestos roof and rusted window were safely, swiftly and efficiently removed without any issues or dust.
The new roof and window were installed immediately after.
The whole process took them 3.5 hours!
Amazing!
It all looks much better than what it replaced and seems very weatherproof (which wasn't the case before).
We'd highly recommend VSF to anyone wanting a garage roof replacement.

Asbestos Garage Roof Replacement
Been thinking of replacing ancient leaky asbestos garage roof for some time. Early in the year we received a circular for VSF offering a quote for this. We responded and within a few days their rep turned up and within an hour we had agreed a price. A timetable was given and the surveyor turned up within the specified time and an installation date was given. The installation was carried out on that date and a great job was done by Luke and Ben under extremely hot weather conditions. All of the VSF staff have been most courteous and very efficient. Not a cheap job but disposing of asbestos is an expensive job these days. Had a couple of really heavy showers since and no sign of the slightest problem.
