Vulcan helped us organise a family trip to Iceland. Everything was taken care of and although our trip was interrupted by some snow they helped rearrange to accommodate.

Helpful at all stages of organising our trip: from booking tickets to arranging a timetable and booking all the activities I wanted to do in one week; nothing was a bother: change of mind / change of dates... Sensible advice given eg for a visit to a deep volcano which would not have suited me as I have a fear of heights!
