Recently bought our second Vuly, after the first was a causality of some wild weather. Upgraded to the Large Thunder 2. Can't wait for more hours of fun on our Vuly!

Recently purchased a Vuly Thunder 2 trampoline, very easy to assemble. Customer service was great. Even though we had issues with the delivery driver, Vuly has stepped up and fixed the issues.

Awesome quality. Easy build. My son had so much fun on it the first day we had to pry him off it for meals!

I recently purchased the Vuly Ultra 2 Trampoline (Large), and it has been fantastic! The large size is perfect—not too big, not too small. The high-quality safety walls make it feel extra secure, and the overall design is very sturdy.

I also got the ladder, basketball hoop, and shade cloth as extras. The shade cloth is a great addition, providing peace of mind by reducing sun exposure while jumping. It’s a thoughtful touch for those hot days!

Assembly was surprisingly easy, and the delivery was super fast, which was a great bonus. Overall, I highly recommend the Vuly Ultra 2—it’s a high-quality trampoline that offers fun, safety, and durability.

If you ever wanted to know the secret to a great childhood, I'll let you in on a secret. The Vuly Quest2 quickly became our complete all-in-one and one-for-all answer to our 'Summer of 2025'. Picture balmy Melbourne summer evenings where housebound toys have lost their charm. Dinner picnics spread across the lawn, out Vuly wireless speaker playing our 4 YO's favourite song of the year, 'APT' on repeat, and most of all, hearing the squeals and seeing the smiles of our two children (and later, their little friends, to test out the new backyard extroardinare for themselves). Golden moments worth their weight in gold, and that's what we got when we ordered the Vuly Quest2. Hot off a recent special offer, and a number of funky accessories to add fun to the mix, the order process (complete with scaled preview of our chosen design and accessories), delivery, tracking, and installation support, has been second to none. This is the best purchase we have ever made for our children. Better than their first big kid beds (that they hardly slept in) or popular toys that are stranded at the back of their cupboards, this Vuly Quest2 set gets used every single day, rain, hail or shine, and much to our dismay at times, before breakfast or dinner have even been eaten, or get eaten at all, when there's monkey bars, swings and cable nets demanding their time, attention and skill refinement. In the weeks we have had this, our eldest has grown so much more confident in her gross motor skills and bar strength, that this Vuly set has still cost us less and been more of a ROI than the toddler gymnastics we spent an arm and a leg on back in the day. Do yourself a favour, if you want to bring back the childhood of yesteryear (AKA the ones we had in the 80s and 90s) then this is the answer. Stop scrolling, put the phone down once you've clicked 'complete order' on that cart, and head outside for the best summers (and years) to come.

The playground equipment is nice but ours came missing a piece. We tried to call the customer service and sent an email to their customer service without a response. The swing had a defective plastic piece and is unusable.

I purchased a swing set with three different swings, the cubby with the sandbox below it, and the shade cover. This was a very disappointing purchase. When I unboxed it, I found that every single piece of black tubing had damage to the powder coating. The damage varied from light scrapes to deep gouges due to poor packaging. There were also a few areas where the powder coating just wasn’t applied very well. I got it assembled by the end of May 2024, quite difficult due to a couple of the parts, not fitting together properly. Within two days I started noticing rust coming through the powder coating on many pieces. The swing set is not suitable for Texas heat and humidity. I reached out to the company, but they ignored me. The cubby has a trampoline floor but the roof is barely high enough for my four-year-old daughters to stand, let alone jump. If they were to jump, they would hit their heads on the black tubes that run along the ceiling of the cubby. It is certainly not suitable for kids six and up, as indicated on the company‘s website. I would definitely not recommend this swing set to anybody.

Very happy with our Vuly 2 Ultra trampoline. We went for the medium which is the perfect size for our 4 & 6 year old. Husband was able to put it together alone in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend getting the ladder as the trampoline is quite high off the ground.

This Aussie company is very easy to deal with. They communicated through the whole process, right up to delivery.

The Vuly team were so helpful when I rang them to make inquiries before purchasing. Everything they said turned out to be true and it was all delivered promptly.
The installation instructions are very clear and so much so I was able to build it with only the help of my 8 year old. Highly recommend these trampolines!

The quality of the products is great. My kid is using the trampoline from last few years, very happy with my buy.
Vuly's website and phone call service is also excellent. Moreover, replacement parts are available from Vuly, helps to save environment, as products can be repaired.

in Dec 2024, couple of hiccups, the service was excellent I was advised of the delay, received an apology, in due course the swing set arrived.

2 little boys were so excited when Dad who spent all day building was finished.
The smiles and laughs were worth every cent.

I purchased the Quest 2 Medium monkey bars with swing, roman rings and jungle rope attachments. There was a delay in the shipment. I rang Vuly and the customer service was efficient and helpful. I didn't attempt the assembly and paid for the installation service. The monkey bars and attachments are great quality. My 3 kids are enjoying using them and the medium size accommodates all 3 well. It's great they are spending more time outside!

Still haven't received my order from Dec 2024. Have received multiple emails with information saying my items are in stock and will be shipped shortly. Purchased for my sons birthday on the 26th Jan and he didn't have a present for his birthday, despite ordering so far in advanced and ensuring I took maximum shipping times into consideration. Have called and emailed to get updates. Emails have gone unanswered and received appologies over the phone but still no products. Was also offered an upgrade to my warranty as a result of all the issues but that hasn't been processed either. Thought Vuly had a good brand reputation, unfortunately this was an incorrect assumption. If you are considering a play set, go with funky monkey bars.

Unfortunately one of the main support frames was actually welded the wrong way so was unable to use it
Spent 4 hours on hold waiting to speak to some one about what to do
They did submit a warranty claim however this took another 3 weeks to receive the new part.
The kids love it but I probably would not purchase another vuly product after this.

I purchased the Vuly Thunder 2 with all components including the water mister and sun shade.
Unfortunately Vuly have not designed these two components to work together, instead the water mister sprays directly into the sunshade when it is connected to pole as intended.
Upon contacting customer service the first time I was told to remove the sunshade when I wanted to use the mister! This is a silly recommendation as you want these components to work in conjunction in hot weather.

When I contacted Vuly customer service again, I was then told to cable tie it through the side netting instead of using the connections designed to connect it to the pole. For a $75 product Vuly think that an acceptable solution is to Gerry rig their “compatible” product to the side netting with cable ties which would damage the netting.

I have requested a return and refund as it is not fit for purpose, but customer service is delayed nd purposefully ignoring the issue.

Considering the outlay for these supposed “quality” goods it is very poor value for money. Customer service is obviously told to try and fob off customers.

Very disappointing, would give them 0 stars if I could.

I will note the basketball ring arrived broken, but they are replacing that.
