This review is based solely on my customer service experience, as I haven’t yet received my item (Custom Pro Ninja Quest). I placed my order two days ago and, when reviewing my credit card statement, noticed I had been charged in Euros instead of Canadian dollars, resulting in a significantly higher amount.
I called right away and was connected with Juan, who was incredibly understanding and kind from the moment we spoke. He handled the situation with genuine care, as if it were his own. He quickly found a solution and reassured me that a refund would be processed promptly, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
What could have easily been a frustrating experience turned into a reassuring one, thanks to Juan’s professionalism and empathy. It also reinforces all the positive reviews I’ve read about their exceptional customer care.

I had enquired through Vulyplay via email on pricing for the Ultra 2 pro Trampoline. After receiving the feedback via email I phoned up on Saturday to place my order. Both sales persons Jivahn and Jaun F were very helpful and experienced in the questions asked. I would defently recommend Vulyplay to my friends and family. I received my order Wednesday 1st October (today ) and look forward to putting it together for Christmas. Thank you to all the team at VulyPlay

Very happy with our trampoline! The build quality is excellent - sturdy frame, strong netting, and great bounce. Setup was straightforward, and the kids absolutely love it. It feels safe and durable, even with daily use. Definitely worth the investment for active, outdoor fun!

Would have given 5 stars but the frame almost had us throwing in the towel ! The last part connecting the ends together was hard , we think ours may have been slightly out of shape so wasnt slotting in how it should but we made it work best we can and once we got the frame together , the rest was smooth sailing ! We should have gotten the large as now all the neighbors want to come for a jump haha They all love it! We opted for the basketball add on and upgraded to the shade cover pro for the top.

Kelsey was great with her customer service, super helpful, great advise and help and additional bonus for shopping direct via the phone vs just online. Would contact again if had any questions, they were also honest about what they could not assist with (some shipping things as out of their control)

I believe the customer service was great. The website doesn't really have much information about the installation service. Website isn't clear about the promotions. Should say the promotions are not valid with all trampoline purchases. Also I thought they would take the boxes away after the assembly with the price I paid but overall it was a great instal. And they were very quick and kind with their phone call from customer service. I believe the trampoline is great quality and my daughter loves it. Thanks again.

We took our Thunder trampoline from Sydney to the UK last year. Now a spring has broken.
We have just found out that, shockingly, Vuly has made a decision to sever all contracts with their UK resellers of spare parts.
Vuly Customer Service has instead offered to ship to us some spare springs for the Thunder from Australia to the UK. They have also confirmed that we would have to pay an additional $658 shipping fee!
To make matters worse, Vuly is right now or will be very soon shipping new trampolines and spare parts from China to the UK, where they are opening a new store.
However, they have also decided that NO spare parts for any other previous Vuly trampoline designs will be included in those upcoming shipping trips. Hence no spare parts for the Thunder or the Thunder Pro will be available for purchase in the UK.
This effectively means that if anything goes wrong with your Vuly trampoline here in the UK that trampoline will be impossible to repair.
We have not one but two Vuly trampolines: a Thunder bought in Sydney in 2021 and a Thunder Pro bought in Perth a few years earlier.
What does Vuly suggest we do with them now?
This is absolutely not the right way to treat your customers Vuly!

This is hands down the most unprofessional, incompetent group we’ve ever dealt with. We bought a swingset from Vuly, who contracted the installer, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the disaster. The so-called “professional” showed up clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it’s still not right.
On top of the terrible service, the quality of the playset itself is absolute trash. Pieces were scratched right away, are already rusting, and it’s clear the product is built cheap. The boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there, and the icing on the cake was someone showing up at my daughter’s house and yelling at her — completely unacceptable.
Avoid Vuly and their contractors at all costs. The product is junk, the service is worse, and the way they treat customers is beyond disrespectful.
