Very impressed with the service of my Audi R8 from Nigel and his team. VWAUDITEC are by far the most professional Audi repair facility I’ve ever dealt with. Far better than Audi Chelmsford who could not fix the problem and demanded outrageous sums for unnecessary work on the clutch.

Needed some help with my VW Tiguan this morning after a check engine light came on yesterday. The Chelmsford team managed to squeeze me as I needed to go to Coventry tomorrow. They changed the offending glow plug for me and had the car ready before lunch and at a reasonable price. I've been a customer with them for about six years with both our Tiguan and Audi A5. Once again a first class service, wouldn't consider going anywhere else and can't recommend highly enough.

Customer service experienced was above and beyond!
I went to Halfords in Bishops Stortford for new wiper blades. The Halfords Auto Centre could not supply as they just fixed cars.
One of the mechanics referred me to the VW place around the corner so I went to VWAudItec.
A lovely guy and two lovely ladies in reception understood my problem but could not supply. Then rather than say goodbye and show me the door, I was referred to an auto centre opposite, Bennetts Car Parts. He rang them, looked for the part number needed and told Bennetts.
When I got to Bennetts the part was waiting for me, found by another lovely helpful guy.

Just had them fix my air-con after another garage told me I had no pressure. They quoted me a diatonic fee, but in the end, managed to re-gas without any major work and waived most of the diagnostic fee and just charged the re-gas, in and out the same day.

Very good service, already taking my friends there, and will book my future work there.

VWAuditec is a brilliant garage..great staff..and brilliant service. What sets this garage apart from others I've used before is their honesty. They explain what needs doing in detail.. and prices are very competitive. I think a lot of garages could learn a lot from VWAuditec...Highly Recommended!

We had some trouble with the wipers not working on my wife's VW polo and had tried others who recommended VWAuditec, to us, we drove the car to them yesterday and collected it today fixed.

We simply could not be more pleased with them, great and very informed service, very professional and so very polite.

I used VWAuditec at Bishop’s Stortford yesterday for the first time to carry out a major service on my Q5. I had arranged a courtesy car but when I arrived in the morning they didn’t have one as another customer had failed to return it in time. For another company this might be the start of a poor review but what was exceptional is that they immediately offered to pay for a taxi to take me to my home some miles away and later collect me when my car was ready. Things sometimes happen beyond a company’s control but when they do it shows whether a customer’s interests are put first. Btw, my car seems to be running well and I’m sure I shall be a repeat customer.

Had my aging passat estate serviced yesterday.
Was treated as if I was bringing in a car costing many times more.
The staff are wonderful and genuinely seem to care about customers and their cars.
I found them by accident a couple of years ago and would never go elsewhere.
The best!

Just received excellent service in Bishops Stortford, going above & beyond to accommodate my Audi. Reassuring they do the digital service update & much more reasonable £ than the Audi dealership. Went here on a recommendation & will be very happy to return & spread a good word!

Fantastic service, well-priced and efficient. Nigel, Mark and the team are knowledgeable, welcoming and responsive. I've been taking my car to them for 7 years for servicing and repairs and I wouldn't use any other garage. Highly recommended.

You may find cheaper, but you get what you pay for, you wont find better. Excellent workmanship, trust them with my audi and family VW.

After having my car serviced here, I will always return for any and all future work i need. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick-to-respond staff (Martyn being particularly great to deal with) and pricing that completely puts the main Chelmsford Audi dealership to absolute shame. Have always taken my Golf to a VW Main Dealer for servicing but after a very bad experience last year with the dealer decided this year to take the car to VWAuditec in Chelmsford for major service and MOT. I received a video inspection of the car together with details of recommended work. The video was the most comprehensive report that I have ever received and highlighted some problems that need fixing - including sorting out the very poor repairs undertaken by the VW Main Dealer last year. Will definitely be using VWAuditec for future work.

After have these guys service my wife’s VW Fox and being really pleased with them, I booked my car in for a diagnostic and major service. The guys carried out a diagnostic and found a faulty lambda sensor. This was ordered in whilst they carried out a major service and brake fluid change. I was sent a video of the condition of my car whilst the Technician carried out the service highlighting a couple of service items that were recommended. I’ve found these guys both competent and honest. I love the video, this gives such transparency. If you have a car that is from the VW Audi group I can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t want to these guys. Also, they are all extremely approachable and friendly. I for one won’t be looking to go anywhere else.
