I found the whole booking process effortless and the customer service exceptional. A special mention and thank you to Shahkiel ( Durham branch) who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No pressure talk, unlike other hire firms I’ve dealt with in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Pullman group again. 👏👏

I travelled from Australia to Heathrow and then to Budget for my hire car, they were pressurising customers to take insurance and that amounted to doubling the hire cost quoted. I had an electronic credit card and two physical debit cards but they insisted on a physical credit card so the hire never took place. I travelled North via train and my son suggested I contact VW Pullman at Durham.
Service was professional, friendly and I would add with integrity, my debit card was adequate for the transaction.
The car was superb and the whole process and term of hire was without problem at all.
This will be my first point of call for a hire car next time, I fully endorse and totally recommend them.

Customer service is excellent in my opinion. Once you've registered your details, it's such a quick & easy process. A sensible price too. I had a VW Golf for 4 days. An excellent vehicle for motorway driving.

I rented a car for 4 days, it was a very pleasant experience. The car was charged fully and had full tank of petrol. It was a very comfortable ride. This was my 3rd time renting from them and I'll be renting again next week for another trip. Lovely people!

Sarah and Steve provide a great personal service which is lacking in other rental firms where most of the time you are dealing with multiple individuals who have no idea who you are.

Really great service - Sarah was absolutely fab, totally hassle free and down to earth but explained everything really well at the same time. Hired a T-Roc for 12 days to travel to and around Devon. Car was a dream, sad to hand it back. Security deposit was returned to the bank next day. Will definitely be using again, thank you.
