I have rented few times with Citygate West London and its always been a great experience, their cars are clean nice and very convinient. All the staff was amazing and Taylor was happy to help me with anything i needed.

I rented a camper over the weekend.
What a pleasure it was.
From collecting to returning everything went smooth.
When I arrived, Dave part of the rental team had my camper ready to sign for and leave. This is not my first time renting a camper. These are so easy to set up and pack away even if you want to go for a quick drive in between your camping trip.

I received good advice from Michael, the manager, on the type of car that would be best suited for my needs. He was absolutely right and the vehicle provided was great and in top condition. A very efficient and pleasant experience throughout.

We hired a camper for a week with our family of four, including two small kids, and drove to Wales. The team were amazing from the very first point of contact. Really accommodating, flexible and friendly. They explained everything clearly and were so much more helpful than any other rental experience I’ve had.

The vans are fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it. They have brand-new stock that drives like a car, and despite using it every day of our trip, it never felt too big or difficult to manoeuvre, even on tight and steep lanes.

Because you’re renting from a VW dealer, it feels like a really professional operation, and you can tell the vans are well looked after. We had a couple of questions during our rental and they responded straight away, even on a Sunday, which was brilliant.

I’d strongly recommend them to anyone and already have.
