I have a Volkswagen Caddy from VWPS and I have always paid my sum of €278 and some cents. 40 months in to the 60 months contract now never have I said i'm not paying. This one time I had problems with getting paid and I called them up politely asking if It was possible that I paid them next month double for the month that I couldn't pay and the month that comes after. They said 'No aint doing that You will get a fine doing so'. also stating very unpolitely; 'You're now making your problem our problem.' Like why do you even pick up the phone to? To help me NOT with a problem I guess. Thanks for nothing Next lease car will defenitly not be a Volkswagen Or anything that has to do with VWPFS. In 60 months be one month late they will try to almost literally sue your a**.

If you have an accident with a car of PON, they will not respond. So it wil be very difficult to get your insurance money.

Were involved with Car Driver Deals scandal. VWPF came to collect my car (not a VW), beginning of July. Left me without a car and the kids in tears. 2 weeks later on my Birthday they sent me a text message asking if I'd like to lease a VW... I'd rather sH!t in my hands and clap.

-Update1- Per the reactive response, presumably from a PR department scanning social media for negative reviews... To clarify I was leasing a Tesla from Car Driver Deals which was owned by Volkswagen PFS. As CDD was not paying Volkswagen PFS, you were quick to collect it, damage limitation you called it, nice! That Tesla has since been sat in a field in Zwolle (I still have access in the App). When VWPFS contacted me to collect the car out of the blue, I was informed there was absolutely nothing you could do for me as I'm not a business customer, I guess just small fry. You stand to lose a lot of money I assume from CDD, so I would be wary doing any business with VWPFS.
