Even one star is to much

I was with vykix for roughly a week never left a provider so quick, staff are rude on discord especially one certain person .. the ticket staff seem just as clueless and are so rude

5 days for a service to be delivered considering I got given 4 different time frames!

The service it’s self is okay but sadly the support let it down massively therefore I wouldn’t recommend vykix unless you want to be treated like rubbish and lied too on multiple occasions, they then went on to accuse me of lying about issues and pinning blame all on me yet what they don’t understand is I was playing dumb to test there support and they failed massively! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We just started using Vykix for our heavily modified DayZ server and couldn’t be happier. The server stability is unmatched and connectivity is second to none. In the event something does impact performance the team at Vykix is always responsive and treats issues with the same sense of urgency regardless of the size of your account. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s looking to build a server.

fast response, grate equipment and no one has managed to get one of my servers offline... there ddos protection is 1 in a million.. i would recommend.

Niko does an excellent job, great support in place if your new to owning a dayz server. great to find a server host who offers the personnel touch. i have had a machine for last 3 months and am now upgrading as my server had grown pop under vykix stable conditions
