West 4 Heating and Plumbing is the best plumbing and heating company that I have used.

Alfie is great to work with. Super reliable and honest. He did a variety of jobs - water filter installation, complete boiler, central heating system and radiator overhaul and installation (11 in total), full plumbing in renovated kitchen and also a small bathroom. Work was first rate and followed up multiple times to ensure all was working. When other workmen caused a water leak, Alfie dropped what he was doing at 11pm to come over and advise and then find short term fix. Made himself available at all times. Very happy to have found Alfie. Thoroughly recommend.

Alfie has done several jobs for me, general electrics, and fitted a gas valve in my boiler. He was very fair in that he told me the name of the part so I was able lo source it from EBay at a very reasonable price. I've also found his work to be very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Alfie helped fix our underfloor heating and replace a tricky shower-waste tray when another plumber let us down. He was great on communications, sorted the problem quickly, and was fairly priced too. We're happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber for the future. Highly recommend.

Without a doubt the best plumber experience i've had. Alfie carried out a complete new paperwork throughout including, fitting in 6 new radiators, fitting in shower mixer, shower head etc... and fitted in a combined electric boiler & directed unvented water heater boiler. He was quick and professional, plus spent a little extra time giving me some tips and advice on the work. Did an absolutely incredible job and i couldn't be happier. He never cuts corners and can't stand sub-standard or imperfect work!

Alfie has rejuvenated the heating in our house - replaced an old radiator, serviced the boiler, flushed the system and installed new tech. All in one day. We are warm for the first time in months and very grateful for quick, efficient and tidy services. Everything was straightforward - from his initial diagnosis, advice on what to do and execution of the job.

Two years ago the radiators in two bedrooms of our old Victorian house stopped working. Various plumbers at the time came up with elaborate solutions, which would involve a lot of upheaval and cost. A few weeks ago Alfi from West 4 Plumbing visited and said he could get heat back in these radiators without replacing them. And so he did. He also took the time to explain to me our complicated heating system and the spagetti of pipes in plain English. He takes pride in his work and clearly steps up to a challenge.

He has since done some straightforward work for us with equal care and efficiency. He sourced and changed a shower valve and the cartridges for two taps.

I whole heartedly recommend Alfi and his colleagues. They are extremely polite and very neat and tidy.
